In 2000, 2 of our managed properties were ranked in the top 1,000 of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) High Performing Multifamily Properties.

Those were Brownstone Gardens II and Genesis House II.

Carr Property Management, Inc. received a commendation from the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Our properties never fail a management review or property inspection, and commonly enjoy a high 90's scoring by the HUD Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) review teams.
