Carr Property Management, Inc., is a service organization specializing in property management services. CPMI offers a comprehensive services package to all apartment community Owners.

Some of our services include: market analysis, initial planning and processing through the development stage, rent-up, all on-site management, financial controls and accounting functions, and the implementation and oversight of maintenance and repairs.



As the managing agent, we oversee the day-to-day activity, as well as long-range physical plant modifications and financial forecasting, including the construction management of renovations under a variety of funding sources for our non-profit clients.

Carr Property Management Inc. currently manages over 1,000 units in MA, CT, and NY with an overall high tenant satisfaction level. These are successful apartment communities whose high performance matches their Owner's expectation.

Our headquarters are in East Longmeadow, MA. Carr Property Management, Inc., is licensed as a real estate broker in CT, MA and NY. Our employees include 11 corporate staff members, 4 of who are officers, as well as property managers, and accounting and clerical personnel. We also have 35 field personnel.

Our current business model is based around maintaining and expanding our current properties and also bringing in new clients with similar properties to manage. Our marketing approach has relied heavily on customer satisfaction, building on quality performance and our reputation.
